We take B.C. grains harvested at their peak, and the best Okanagan fruit and botanicals, and distill them using time-tested European filtration methods. After that, we proof them with artisanal spring water from our very own Anarchist Mountain. Then we taste them generously, to make sure they’re high quality enough for you. We’re good like that!
